These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to deposit rewards, free spins, cashback, reload offers, loyalty benefits and other promotions available through the Casino. Each offer may also have its own activation period, wagering requirement, game restriction and withdrawal limit.

Welcome Bonus Package

Minimum Qualifying Deposit
A welcome bonus requires a minimum deposit of:

A deposit below the required amount will not activate the promotion.
Welcome Bonus Wagering
The cash portion of a welcome bonus must be wagered 40 times. Winnings generated through the included free spins must be wagered 30 times.
The maximum permitted wager while completing the welcome bonus is:

- 3 AUD, CAD or NZD per round;

Activation and Expiry

Daily Cashback
Eligible players may receive cashback based on real-money losses recorded during the previous calendar day, calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC.
The amount considered for cashback may take account of deposits, withdrawals, pending withdrawals and remaining bonus funds. Only genuine cash losses qualify.
Daily Cashback Rules
- The cashback rate may reach 20%.
- The applicable percentage may depend on the player’s loyalty level and qualifying loss.
- A qualifying deposit must have been completed during the relevant day.
- Cashback is normally credited at approximately 01:10 UTC.
- The wagering requirement is three times the cashback amount.
- The reward remains available for three days before activation.
- Once activated, it must be wagered within seven days.
Cashback is not issued where the qualifying loss is below 30 EUR, GBP or USD, 45 AUD, CAD or NZD, or the corresponding amount in another supported currency.

Cashback Restrictions
Players must not create artificial losses or use opposing wagers to generate cashback. Examples include covering both red and black in roulette or placing combinations of bets designed to reduce genuine financial risk.
If cashback manipulation is identified, the Casino may remove the reward, cancel related winnings and restrict the player from receiving future cashback offers.
Tuesday Lucky Spins
Eligible players may claim one Lucky Spins promotion on Tuesday. The offer is available to players who have previously completed at least three deposits.

An enhanced 20% cashback promotion may be calculated on eligible real-money losses recorded on Wednesday. The resulting reward is normally credited on Thursday at approximately 01:00 UTC.
Enhanced Cashback Requirements

Cash rewards are credited in the account currency or its applicable equivalent. The value shown in euros is used only as a reference where another currency is selected.
Loyalty Reward Wagering
- Cash level rewards must be wagered three times.
- Free-spin winnings must be wagered 25 times.
- The maximum withdrawal from a standard loyalty free-spin reward is 150 EUR, GBP or USD, 225 AUD, CAD or NZD, or the corresponding equivalent.
- The maximum withdrawal from a percentage-based level reward is normally limited to the value of the reward issued for that level.
Rules Applying to Every Bonus
Eligible Games
Not every game contributes equally to bonus wagering. Unless the selected promotion states otherwise:
- qualifying slot wagers contribute 10%;

- restricted games do not contribute at all.

One Reward per Player
A promotion may normally be claimed once per player, household, device, residential address, telephone number, payment method and shared network.
Accounts linked through common registration details, devices, payment instruments or network information may be treated as connected accounts. Bonuses and winnings may be removed where several connected accounts claim the same promotion.
One Active Bonus at a Time
Bonuses cannot normally be combined. A new deposit promotion cannot be activated while another reward is still active.
When wagering with an active bonus, real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds are used only after the available cash balance has been spent.
Bonus Cancellation
A player may cancel an active bonus before completing its wagering requirement. Cancelling a bonus does not remove genuine cash funds, but the following will be forfeited:
- the remaining bonus balance;
- free spins connected to the promotion;
- winnings generated from the bonus.
Standard Bonus Validity
Unless a promotion provides a different deadline, a bonus remains valid for 14 days after it is issued. Any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be removed after expiry.
Maximum Bonus Winnings
Bonus winnings are subject to withdrawal limits even after the wagering requirement has been completed.
Deposit Bonus Winnings
The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from a deposit bonus is five times the qualifying deposit, subject to an overall limit of:

Deposit Free-Spin Winnings
Winnings from free spins attached to a deposit are limited to five times the qualifying deposit, with an overall maximum of:

Cashback and Tournament Winnings
Unless another limit is stated, winnings from cashback, tournaments, local jackpots and similar cash promotions are capped at:
- 5,000 EUR, GBP or USD;
- 7,500 AUD, CAD or NZD;
- the equivalent amount in another supported currency.
No-Deposit Rewards
The maximum withdrawal from an ordinary no-deposit cash reward or no-deposit free-spin promotion is 20 EUR, GBP or USD, 30 AUD, CAD or NZD, or the applicable equivalent.
A qualifying deposit and its associated wagering requirement may need to be completed before winnings from a no-deposit promotion can be withdrawn.

Verification Before Withdrawal
Any withdrawal connected to bonus play may be reviewed before payment. The Casino may request confirmation of:
- the player’s identity;
- residential information;
- ownership of the payment method;
- deposit history;

A withdrawal may remain pending until the requested checks have been completed.
Prohibited Bonus Activity
Players must not use a promotion in a way designed to remove genuine gambling risk or obtain a guaranteed financial return.
Prohibited conduct includes:

- using another person’s identity or payment method;
- placing opposite or coordinated wagers;

- playing games excluded from the promotion;
- using automated software, scripts or unauthorised tools;
- taking advantage of technical errors or incorrect bonus crediting;

- building progress toward a game feature with bonus funds and completing it later with cash funds;
- creating artificial deposits or losses to obtain cashback;
- using bonus funds for fraudulent, commercial or coordinated play.
Delayed Game Features
A player must not postpone a bonus round, free-spin feature or collected game mechanic until the active bonus has been cancelled, converted or fully wagered.
For example, a player may not use bonus funds to collect most of the symbols required to trigger a feature and then complete the final step with real money after the bonus is no longer active.
Winnings connected to delayed or manipulated game features may be declared void.
Consequences of Bonus Misuse
Where bonus abuse or a breach of these rules is identified, the Casino may:
- remove the active bonus;
- cancel winnings produced through the promotion;
- deduct an amount equal to the bonus received;
- exclude the player from future promotions;
- suspend connected accounts;
- close the player account where the breach is serious or repeated.
Each case may be reviewed using account records, payment activity, game history, device information and wagering patterns.
Changes to Promotional Rules
The Casino may modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion where necessary for operational, security, legal or technical reasons.
Changes apply after the revised terms are published. Promotions already activated may remain subject to the version accepted at activation unless the change is required to prevent fraud, correct an error or comply with applicable requirements.
